Advocacy in Anchorage. Ideas??

Per request, I am posting the listserv to the Advocacy Forum in hopes of getting some input.

This was recently in the Anchorage Daily News. There are a lot of similarities between what Anchorage is on the cusp of and what the Fairbanks Cycle Club has been talking about through the Advocacy Committee.
