GOLDSTREAM SPORTS HILLY 100 ROAD RACE
     Hilly 100 -- August 10th, 2008 -- 100 Miles

Seven hearty riders departed Hilltop Cafe on Sunday morning for a 100 
mile bike race in cool August rain. The course was an out-and-back along 
the Elliot Highway, with approximately 8,900 feet of climbing. Tyson 
Flaharty put in an early attack, and rode solo for 92 miles to finish 
with a time of 5 hours 31 minutes. Sergey Streltsov and Rocky 
Reifenstuhl finished 2nd and 3rd, nineteen minutes back at 5 hours 50 
minutes. Kristen Wolf dominated the women's field with a time of six 
hours 12 minutes.
