We are a bicycle club in Fairbanks, Alaska. We hold weekly bike rides during during the winter months, and numerous rides and races during the long days of of our short summer. Fairbanks is rich with trails suitable for year-round mountain biking, and though many of our roads are hilly and rough-surfaced, we still enjoy our races and group road rides.
The Edward Jones Points Series Race #2 will be held in the Chena Lakes Recreation Area, on Lawrence Road at the end. So, this Thursday, May 17th, 6PM registration, 7PM race on Lawrence Road.
Two camps to choose from: May 26 & 27 from 10:30A to 1:30P, and June 12 & 14, 6-9P. More info at Goldstreams Sports and In My Element.
The "Inner Loop" is open for business now, as is the short "Tight and Twisty". However, the longer "Outer Loop" still has too many soft spots, so it is still closed. Thanks for your patience!
The Dirt Divas "Slow and Easy" rides have been moved from Tuesday evenings to Friday evenings. The rides still meet at 6PM in the Goldstream Sports parking lot.

The below link has a bunch of photos that I took while volunteering as the turn-around marshal. They are phone pix, so not great, but Graham Watson was unavailable. Sorry if you are not pictured. I could not take pictures if vehicles were coming or if you were berating me.
I have higher resolution images if you want them. Email me.
Thanks, as always, to Tom Clark for loading images onto his ~listserve system.
