*FCC MEMBERSHIP REMINDER*Summer biking is coming soon!
Traditionally April 1 is the “official” start date for FCC memberships. With our new system you can start anytime. So why not start your membership now? That way you can be up to date so you are ready to participate in FCC group rides and races. Membership provides insurance coverage for group rides and includes access to the FCC listserve. In the past, the listserve was open to anyone with an account. As of 2018, only current members can receive listserve notices.
Not sure about a full membership, but want to try out one of our group rides? We’ve also got day memberships available for just $5.
See all membership options on our website. www.fairbankscycleclub.org/membership/

*STATE SURVEY WANTS TO HEAR FROM YOU*Make sure your voice is heard!
The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities has released a survey about where to focus money from the the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Responses are based on modes of transportation. One mode is non-motorized and includes “trail systems.”
The deadline for taking the survey has been extended to April 8.
The map survey lets you select spots in Alaska you care about, and then share your opinion about modes of transportation in those areas. AND you can take the survey multiple times if you have multiple areas of interest!
