*BORO ROADS PLAN OUT FOR COMMENT*The Fairbanks North Star Borough is updating its roads plan. It’s already been out for comment once and now they have revised maps. These plans are for where roads would go IF they were developed. This is NOT a plan to start building roads. But if these roads are built, they could affect how you cycle. And while they could affect trails, this planning has been done in conjunction with the FNSB trails plan update to reduce conflicts. Still, it doesn’t hurt to check.
There will be an open house about the plan on January 21 at Ken Kunkel Community Center out in Goldstream. If you can’t make the meeting, you can still view the plans and comment online.
