FNSB Assembly resolution to be reconsidered Assemblymember Brett Rotermund filed a Notice of Reconsideration on March 10th for Resolution 2023-13. Therefore, the Resolution is on hold until the next Regular Assembly meeting in accordance with FNSB Code.
Per Code, an Assemblymember who voted with the prevailing side on the question (resolution) may file a notice of reconsideration with the Clerk no later than 5:00pm on the first Borough business day following the day on which the vote was taken.
Public comments will be accepted in person, telephonically or in written form. Much more information on how to do this and various ways to attend the meeting are explained on this page. fnsb.gov/415/Stay-Connected-with-the-Assembly
ASAH is encouraging everyone to attend in a show of support for this resolution. We do not know what amendments or substitute resolutions may be brought forth, but it is critical for the Assembly to see that the public is paying attention.
