Description: This is a beginner ride. We’ll explore the trails and roads in and around the Tanana Lakes Rec Area for about an hour or so. You’ll need to have some biking experience, but if you’ve never fatbiked, this will be a good introduction. This is free, but you’ll need to be a member of the Fairbanks Cycle Club. If you don’t own your own fatbike, but want to try it out, there are a few places around town that rent fatbikes that we know about. (Not all are open on Sundays, so plan ahead.)
