Want to help get bikes to Fairbanks-area kids in need? Then help us raise money for the “Christmas Wish,” a collaboration between Alaska Waste and Santa’s Helpers.
The program purchases new bikes and delivers them to kids as part of the Santa's Helpers Christmas gift distribution.
The FCC will match donations to the program through Dec 15. You can donate money online at www.SantasHelpersAlaska.com. When you make a donation online, you'll be able to mark that the donation is for the Alaska Waste Christmas Wish project.
Once you've made a donation, let us know by sending an email to fbx.cycle.club@gmail.com with "Christmas Wish donation" in the subject line. We'll tally them up and FCC will match the donations (up to a maximum of $500).
You can also help by purchasing bike helmets and locks and accessories and dropping them off at at one of the following PLACES.
