WOW Ride #15 aka Solo Ride around Gold Mine and Gilmore Trail
Was such a beautiful day and evening! Waited at St Raphael until 6, nobody came so I zipped home to start a ride there.
Ended up going down Gold Mine Trl to Bullion and rode the gravel roads until they came back out on Gold Mine (nice gravel roads back there). Rode the steep hill up Gold Mine to Gilmore and rode to end of pavement on Gilmore, and decided to go a bit down the dirt road at the end, before turning around to ride home.
Corrine and I have been talking. This may be the last year we do WOW. It’s no fun to commit to a group ride and then nobody shows. Not sure why people have stopped coming. Maybe Wednesdays don’t work well for folks anymore?

Next week the WOW ride meets at the pullout at Molly and Waterford for a mountain bike ride. Hope a few folks can make it out! I hear Waterford trail is in great shape.
