Our annual meeting is usually held in the later summer or autumn. We try to organize a bike ride before the meeting. Come have fun, socialize, and consider being a board member. We'll have nominations and elections. It's an awesome way to build a stronger cycling community!
This is your chance to socialize with other bikers, find out what's been happening with the club, and give your thoughts on what's been going right, what can be improved, and what other things you'd like to see the club do.
Once a meeting date is set we'll send create a Facebook Event on our Facebook page. We'll also send out notices on our club email.
2026 Annual Membership Meeting info
WHEN: Saturday, September 12, starting at 1 p.m.
WHERE: Ken Kunkel Community Center, Goldstream Valley
WHO: Any FCC members and potential members.
WHAT: The board will provide crockpot main dishes, and soft drinks and water. Attendees are asked to bring side dishes and desserts. Alcohol is allowed at the Ken Kunkel center. BYOB.
After people have had a chance to eat a bit, FCC President Eric Troyer will give a short presentation on the state of the club. Then we can discuss anything on the minds of members.
