Chena Hot Springs Bicycle Classic
The Fairbanks Cycle Club is NOT canceling the Chena Hot Springs Bicycle Classic for smoke or rain. It is up to the discretion of the participant if the environmental conditions provide a hazard to one’s health.

Join the Fairbanks Cycle Club and Foundation Health Partners for the 2019 Chena Hot Springs Bicycle Classic on June 1st!
“The Classic” has been going on since some time in the eighties, and is a signature event of the Fairbanks summer, with something to offer everyone — from the fastest racer to a family with kids.
Choose from 60, 33, 17, or 8-mile ride options that all end at the Chena Hot Springs Resort. All riders receive an end-of-ride picnic and a ride back to town for the rider and their bike. Buses and and the van carrying bicycles depart the resort at 3:30 p.m. to return cyclists and their bikes to their starting point. The bus and bikes should arrive at Trax by 5:00 p.m. Fairbanks Cycle Club is not responsible for bikes once they have been delivered to the place they started.
No passes were donated from the hot springs this year; however, you can purchase them at the end of the race at the discounted price of $10 each. FCC has purchased passes as prizes for the first 15 racers.
- Please chose your start location carefully. There will be no changes to start station on ride day.
- The last day to register if Wednesday, May 29th. There will be no ride day registration.
