Calling all kids between 8 and 15 who want to mountain bike!
The Fairbanks Borough Parks and Rec Department and the Fairbanks Cycle Club are hosting the Fall Frolic Youth Mountain Bike Clinic, a one-day event in which participants will be able to learn basic bicycle maintenance, tackle an obstacle course, try their hand at challenging games, compete in fun races, and go on a scenic trail ride.
The event will be held Saturday, September 11, from noon to 4pm at Chena Lake Recreation Area. Participants need to register and need to be a member of the Fairbanks Cycle Club (one-day memberships are available).
