Come out and enjoy this extensive winter trail system right in Fairbanks.

Where: Meet at the Farmhouse Visitor Center parking lot by the barn area at Creamer's Field.

Estimated tour time: About 2-3 hours.
Tour Description: This will be a tour of some of the ADMA trails from Creamer's Field. The plan is to ride over to the 6-mile loop that is used for the Ride or Glide course, ride the loop, and then head back to Creamer's Field. Total distance 10-12 miles. The 6-mile loop has been groomed. The trails to and fro are rideable, but they might be a little soft and bumpy in sections.
Ride or Glide is a ski/bike race held in April and serves as a fundraiser. Race starts at the Fairbanks Golf Course. See the race course route HERE. You can find out more about the race HERE.

The ride is free, but you'll need to be a member of the Fairbanks Cycle Club. Temporary memberships are available. Participants also need to either sign a liability release form or have signed one earlier this year. Download the form and find out more on our insurance page.
Minimum skill level: Intermediate/beginner
Temperature cut-off: The ride will be canceled if it's 20F below or colder at 9 a.m. according this weather station (scroll down to “latest observation”).
Dogs: No dogs please

If you don't own your own fatbike, but want to try it out, there are a few places around town that rent fatbikes that we know about. (Not all are open on Sundays, so plan ahead.)
