The Two Rivers 100/200 will be held on Feb 14-15, so we'll go explore those trails the next day. If you've got any questions or concerns, you can email the ride leader (info below)

When:  Sunday, February 16, at 11am

Where: Meet at the trailhead near Two Rivers School

Estimated tour time: About 4 hours; possible loops are either 15 miles or 22 miles, depending on the desires of the group

Tour Description: We will ride some trails near Two Rivers, including part of the recent Two Rivers 200 dog mushing race, so trails should be packed. Expect some possibility of overflow.

The ride is free, but you’ll need to be a member of the Fairbanks Cycle Club. Temporary memberships are available.

Minimum skill level: Intermediate-advanced

Temperature cut-off: The ride will be canceled if it’s 20F below or colder at 9 a.m. according this weather station (scroll down to “latest observation”).

Dogs: No dogs please

If you don’t own your own fatbike, but want to try it out, there are a few places around town that rent fatbikes that we know about. (Not all are open on Sundays, so plan ahead.)
